Millions in stimulus dollars are apparently flowing to
nonexistent congressional districts in Oklahoma because of
data entry problems with the federal governments Web site.

‘Chug! Chug! Chug! Chug!’
These are words often heard around the country on Friday and
Saturday nights. The problem is that a large portion of
people saying these words are underage. In Alva 86.7% of
Eighth graders have stated that they had drunk alcohol at a
party, according to the 2008 Oklahoma Prevention Needs
Assessment.
This past Wednesday evening Kimberly Weast, M.F.A., and 28
college students, with the assistance of the Alva police
department, the county sheriff's department, and the
