DeMuro buys Washington H.S. building On April 23 the Portland School Board voted unanimously to sell the Washington High School building to Venerable Properties for $2 million. Art DeMuro will pay $50,000 in earnest money and have nine months to perform “due diligence” before the sale becomes final.
