After years of work, the Huskies high school hockey team was ready to play the Su-Valley Rams last Friday in the first game on the new outdoor rink. The rink funds had been acquired, the plans made, the ground had been cleared, the foundation built, the boards put up, the lights installed, the ice made, the lines put down, the ice zammed, and finally the rink shoveled because it snowed several inches before the game.
