Coach Hicks leaving Baldwin
Baldwin High Head Football Coach Jesse Hicks resigned this morning. Hicks soon will assume head coaching duties at Dougherty High School in inner-city Albany. Hicks previously played and coached at Albany State University and called Albany his "second home." Hicks compiled a 70-24 record in eight seasons in Milledgeville, including back-to-back region titles in 2008 and 2009. Roethlisberger story still growing legs
Fans of country music singer Luke Bryan camp out for concert tickets on Friday afternoon in front of Capitol City nightclub in Milledgeville, Ga. Roughly 12 hours earlier, a sexual assault was reported inside the nightclub involving Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger.
